The hotel is part of a large commercial complex in the lower city of Haifa, with free on‑site parking. The room I received was spacious, clean, and well‑ventilated. The staff were attentive, professional, and courteous.

We were in town for a three‑day congress held in the Haifa Congress Hall and the location could not have been better; everything you need for a short stay was right there, the room felt cozy and the staff were genuinely friendly. Of course there are always little things that could be improved, but I prefer to focus on what worked well.
“Overpriced and Underwhelming”
Overall, I was underwhelmed - it wasn't worth the money, and the wait times were ridiculous. It didn't feel like a relaxing getaway at all. The room didn't even have a phone, and when I tried to check out, they cancelled my room key at 9 am, saying I had to be out by 12 pm. What's the point of having a key if they're just going to cancel it on you?
The reception staff were friendly. The room, however, lacked extra blankets or pillows in the closet—just plain and simple.
