The staff were friendly and the place was clean.
“Rozczarowanie pokojem”
We liked the location, but the room category disappointed us. We booked a pricier Superior room with two single beds because we wanted more space. We ended up in room 101, which turned out very small. I even went to the reception to confirm it was a Superior; the employee confirmed it and said that Standard rooms are even smaller. The next day we booked a cheaper Standard room for comparison and received room 224, which was noticeably larger than the Superior and, in our view, did not meet the same standard. It’s hard to understand why the Superior costs extra in this case. The information about room categories and sizes was misleading, especially since the reception insisted the Superior was bigger. The stay could have been rated better, but the gap between description, price, and the actual room leaves a strong sense of disappointment.
The breakfast in lunch‑box format before the usual hours was a great plus.
The hotel was spotless and close to the spot we needed, though the front‑desk staff could have been more helpful.
