I was impressed with the customer service when we first arrived. The smell of the hotel was clean and inviting. Housekeeping staff was superb. Our room was clean and fresh smelling. My only disappointment was breakfast. For the past 10 years we have stayed at the Embassy Suites downtown in the Old Market. With all the construction in the area we decided to stay somewhere different for our anniversary. The Doubletree turned out to be a very good choice
