The price‑quality ratio was decent and the cleanliness wasn't bad, though it didn't sparkle. Shared kitchen was available. The shower water scalded and you had to shower knowing you might burn your skin. The toaster didn't work. The hallway carpets were dirty. The location is far from the center, contrary to the booking ad that claimed 15 m.

“Comodo, ma con qualche dubbio”

The spot was fairly convenient to reach various central zones, Zone 2 of transport. The common kitchen was well maintained. There was a fridge in the room. With a bit more attention to detail in the room, it would be the ideal accommodation. The photos look better than reality. We stayed as three people for four days. The room had no place to store clothes, so we had to keep everything in our luggage. Even though the bathroom wasn't too small, the sink was tiny (like a shoe box). In the morning the sun came in and the curtain didn't block any light at all.

The location and the peace of the place were positives. It needs a thorough cleaning and a furniture renovation.

It sits in a quiet area with many shops, supermarkets, bars… about a 10‑minute walk from two metro stops. Bus stops are very close. Overall it offers a good mix for heading to the center, stations, etc. The kitchen was shared. Maybe I misread it, but it was well organized for sharing among different tenants.

The property is clean and the common area (kitchen) is usable in sharing with other guests without problems. Very convenient for buses. The real big issue was the lack of air conditioning. A few years ago in London summer it wasn't felt, I know, but now it was practically impossible to stay in the apartment except to sleep in it, especially because it was exposed to sun all day with a barely darkening internal curtain, but even if it had been more darkened, the small room would have been terribly stuffy. I still give it a fairly high score because the property delivers exactly what it promises, and the host, whom I asked for a fan, kindly provided one in the room. The problem is the inhuman temperatures in August everywhere, London included, and the need, in my opinion, to guarantee air conditioning. Thanks anyway to the host for the property, for the rest – comfortable bed, clean bathroom – very pleasant.
