Unfortunately, I have nothing positive to say about this stay. The room was dirty, with mold in some corners and dust everywhere. Worse, there was no shower, which is unacceptable. The front‑desk staff were rude and unwelcoming. Wi‑Fi was advertised as free, but there was none available. I booked two nights, but the conditions were so bad that I could only sleep on the first night; the second night was impossible. Despite all these issues, the hotel refuses to refund the unused night, which I find unacceptable and I would not recommend this place.

The proximity to amenities was good and the front‑desk staff were friendly, but the place was filthy—inside and out. I had to change rooms three times just to find one that was somewhat acceptable. The hotel is non‑smoking, yet the cold cigarette smell was nauseating. A radiator that wouldn’t turn on had pieces of old pizza stuck behind it.

Niveau accueil propriète c’est bien. Je n’ai pas aimer du tout le comportement de femmes de chambre j’ai été embêter plus au moins 3 fois pour qu’elles entrent nettoyer la chambre( 9h45, 10h00,10h50 )or , elle savent bien que la sorte c’est 11h30 pas 9h45

The staff were friendly, but the setup was disappointing. I had to pay an extra fee for a shower even though the booking listed one. When I arrived, I was told it was a shared shower in the hallway; if I wanted something like that, I should have booked a F1.
