Lido Marini Rooms Affittacamere B&B offers family rooms with private bathrooms, air‑conditioning, free WiFi, work desks, TVs, and soundproofing. The location is great, the beach is a short walk away, and there’s a well-known pastry shop nearby that's perfect for breakfast. However, the services are almost non‑existent; the reception was always empty, and daily room cleaning isn’t offered. I strongly suggest changing the laundry service because we found stained sheets, and when we asked the cleaning lady to replace them, she showed us that they had arrived that way from the laundry.

The room size and the building’s location are good. The daily cleaning and tidying of the room need improvement.

The central location is excellent and finding parking is easy. Cleaning needs to be reviewed: we found heavily soiled sheets that had to be removed. The shower lift was broken and we had to hold the shower head on the tap. Both the toilet paper holder and the paper holder were rusty. The bar fridge barely worked (drinks cooled slightly after three days inside). The common areas are nice, but without a curtain it was impossible to keep the blinds open to let some light in. We also paid a service fee, yet in 10 days no one came to make the bed or change sheets or towels. We expected a different service; it’s a pity because the property has great potential.
