The family‑run property is well‑maintained and pleasant. Perfect for those who want a complete break from routine and a moment of absolute relaxation. The manager, Marco, is super helpful and kind. The place is 10 minutes by car from the sea and convenient for day trips to nearby towns like Ascoli Piceno, San Benedetto del Tronto and Grottammare. Both breakfast and dinner are recommended. Breakfast is a buffet mainly featuring homemade cakes/pastries that are excellent, while dinner, a set menu, is truly delightful with generous portions. Nothing negative, everything was enjoyable.

The place was welcoming, but it could use some tweaks for the heat, mosquitoes, and the many flies around the glamping area. Also, the beds and room space were too small for the girls’ ages.
