The location was fine, yet the mini fridge smelled bad and there were wrappers and water bottles left by the previous guest that hadn’t been removed.

The room’s comfort and amenities were solid, breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff were attentive, but the pool needed a few repairs.

A group of non‑guests, all Indians, were let into the hotel courtyard where they threw a party with music and beer; I’ve never had so much fun in all 53 countries I’ve visited. The area feels a bit empty, but a 10‑minute walk gets you to a place that serves beer and sandwiches, letting you eat right in the courtyard.
