Nothing. Checked in 8/19 room 135 beds were made floor was not swept for the 6 days we were there.rooms were to be cleaned every other day, it was cleaned every 3 days. There was a Snell, yes I said Snell that greeted me the day I ckecked in until the day I checked out 8/25. Talked to management and they did not even offer a room change or anything. I was told that I could not get monetary funds, I never asked for that. Needless to say Spark Transit road Lockport Ny gets 0

The recent renovations give the hotel a fresh, modern feel and the cleanliness is top‑tier—definitely 5 stars. I’d book again, but I wish they offered a hot breakfast like the Hampton Inn by Hilton. On the downside, the landscaping and paved parking area feel outdated for a Hilton property. 0 stars for that.

I booked through an online platform and was told I could pay with Cash App, yet the hotel itself didn’t accept Cash App debit cards and didn’t disclose this beforehand. With no alternative payment option, my wife, 9‑year‑old, and I had to sleep in our car that night. The next morning the hotel charged me the full $168 even though I never stayed in a room because they wouldn’t accept my payment method. I consider this behavior disgraceful and unprofessional.
