An older hotel with comfortable rooms near transport and city restaurants, and the staff were helpful and friendly, but the rooms were dated, the lift was broken, and the surrounding area felt rough.

Nothing pleased me; I was charged twice for accommodation—once through Booking and again at the hotel—while the room lacked a bath, towels, and bedding, and it was dirty. The staff attitude was awful; they simply did not want to help or resolve the issue.
