The room was comfortable, the air‑conditioning whisper‑quiet, and the linens and towels were excellent; everything was spotless and the hotel sat a 15‑minute walk from Half Moon Beach, where you can snorkel in calm waters, away from the main street’s noise. The pool was large and clean, the staff were very attentive, spoke English and Spanish, offered several breakfast options and were flexible with minor changes, and I felt safe even traveling alone, so I’d definitely stay again for the great value. The property was under renovation, so reception and breakfast were run out of the Splash Inn on the main road about 10 minutes away, and on the first night the shower didn’t heat up, making it a hassle to complain, but the issue was fixed and later days were fine, especially being able to swap towels right near the beach; I later realized the three‑storey building behind the pool belongs to a different owner, which felt misleading at first, yet overall it was a good stay.
“Great stay with an excellent location.”
Location was fine, but there were no food or drinks available on site.
It sits at the end of the main road, so it’s not noisy but a short walk to the beaches and the center of Main Street. The pool is fabulous, the staff very helpful, and there’s access to snorkeling and a dive school.
The room was very good and the pool excellent, but the reception is 7 minutes away from the accommodation complex.
The rooms and pools were great, but you have to climb stairs to reach the room.
