The position overlooking Ta Rak Lake is great, with plenty of space to park, stretch, stroll, swim, and dine. The lake offers fantastic views and a chance for exercise, as shown by the hundreds of locals who swarm in an anti‑clockwise direction every evening. During twilight, heaps of stalls and entertainment pop‑ups appear. Reception service is warm and professional, and the breakfast buffet is very good. Some pool rules are confusing; signs clearly state you can’t eat or drink in the pool area, but most locals do anyway. Though there’s a cafe next door and a couple of bars/restaurants nearby, there aren’t many choices within close walking distance.

A slightly dated hotel but very well placed near a lake. Overall the facilities are good, though there aren’t many dining options nearby.

Nice lake view from the seventh floor, daily cleaning when needed with free bottled water and toiletries, a pleasant garden outside, the pool is okay, and breakfast is fine. The mattress was as hard as a rock, we at least got a few toppers to soften it. If you’re heading to Korati now, it’s a bit far, but Bolt rides are cheap.

It’s a hugely dated hotel where everything is broken, leaking, or hanging together in a sorry state. The floor is uneven, so slippers are a must to walk around the room. The beds and pillows are extremely hard. In the first room there was a big leak under the sink, water spilling onto the floor. The second room’s lock was broken, and the curtains were very light and only half‑hung. The staff are not friendly at all, very uninterested. Everything was a disappointment; I don’t understand why it has a high rating.
