I enjoyed the facilities which the reason this has been our 2nd stay at the hotel in just 1 year. We reached out about a week or 2 prior as there was a sudden death of an immediate family to try to get some accomodation. The rep i spoke to was so unhelpful and unbothered. Anyways to went to the funeral and was only able to check in at about after 7pm, we were so exhausted and hungry tried to get a seating at the restaurant silk / calabash and we couldnt. We headed to our room unfortunately as soon as we entered there was a weird smell. So we had to head back to front desk. We waited till 9:45pm before we could get another room and only to hear no proper empathy or consideration. Compared to my first stay which i rated to my social media a 10 this one was a 5

“Never ending good and drinks, non stop fun !”

It was clean, the amenities were always refilled, and the signs and directions were clear. The only thing that could have been better is that the room was a bit smaller.

The service, the welcome, the activities, and the comfort of the place were great. The only downside was the seaweed.
