The bedsheets and comforter were cozy, and the trash can by the bed was a nice touch. However, it was far farther from the city than I expected; I switched from my one‑day stay to this one because it was £20 cheaper, but then spent £20 on a cab to get there and another £10 the next morning to leave, so I would have stayed where I was to save money. It’s a 17 minute cab ride from the city centre, and there’s a main road with traffic just outside the bedroom windows.

The prices were fine. I didn’t receive access or communication until after check‑in and had to contact booking customer service for any replies.

It is worth staying; the environment is great and clean, the owner responds proactively and is very supportive. Highly recommended.

“A small, pleasant room with a comfortable bed, but noise from other guests disturbed our sleep.”

The room was very small but pleasant and well maintained; the shared bathroom was reasonably kept, especially considering several guests use it. The bed was comfortable and, although a little narrow, it was still fine for two people. The main drawback was noise from other guests, as there are several rooms and the bedroom door provides very little sound insulation. During our stay, some guests arrived around midnight, and we were disturbed by considerable noise right outside our door for two full hours, from 5 to 7 in the morning. This was our experience on that particular night; how quiet your stay is will probably depend on the other guests staying at the time.
