The shared Namba walking pass area isn’t bad; slippers, towels, and toothbrushes are free. The downside is that the bed is uncomfortable—its middle is cut out—and the bedding isn’t dust‑free, giving a dirty feel.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was great, and the beds were very comfortable. We booked a quadruple room for our family of four; the boys liked the curtain that separated their sleeping area. We stored our suitcases under the beds, and the roof terrace was perfect for evenings. Other guests were chatty and pleasant company, so we’d recommend this place. The toilets were on our floor, the sinks on the floor above, and the showers on the floor below, which made for a decent step count. The fridge on our floor was full, and only a microwave was available for cooking, which is fairly standard. We ate out most nights, but if we’d wanted to cook at home, options were limited.

The location was nice and the staff were very good! The room was very small and there was nowhere to put the bag. The toilet, shower room, and washing machines were on completely different floors. I was lucky to get a room on the 3rd floor so the washing machine was right next to me.

The price was cheap and the owner was chill. The entire living area smelled like poop, the bunks were cramped together, and there were no lockers for bags.
