I had a deeply upsetting experience at this hotel. Before booking, we were given incorrect information about the stairs, which was critical because my wife has a knee condition and can’t handle many steps. When we arrived and confronted the owner about the misinformation, he became incredibly rude and arrogant. Instead of offering a solution or an apology, he grew hostile and ultimately refused to honor our booking. At 1:00 AM he forced us to leave, leaving us stranded in the middle of the night searching for alternative accommodation. The lack of basic empathy and professional integrity here is shocking. Avoid this place if you value your safety and expect basic respect. The owner’s behavior, lack of parking, steep stairs, and a room on the second floor were all problematic.

The hotel is excellent—super clean, well‑located, and the owner is very humble. The staff behavior is decent, making the stay enjoyable.

“Okay to stay one time but no real value for money”

The owner was courteous and polite, and the room was neat. However, this place is a residential guest house, not a hotel, so the term “luxury” is misleading. It’s located inside a narrow lane, making it very difficult to navigate with a car.

“Over all it was good value for money also they didn’t charge anything extra though we exceeded our time limit”

This place feels like an honestay, but it’s very hygienic and clean. Everything was good, especially the owner, who has a calm nature.
