The valley views, living room, pool area, and the hearty breakfast were great, and the free parking zone was convenient, yet the heated pool was poorly maintained and not at the right temperature.

The staff were attentive, but the facilities clearly need a facelift— the hallway paint had peeled off, the light bulb was dim, and the dinner buffet lacked quality, variety, and daily changes.

Breakfast was adequate, parking was outside the hotel front door and free, and the hotel is just a 3‑minute walk from Vielha’s center, but the corridors, rooms, and bathrooms all require a renovation.
