“Amazing stay”
It was our first time staying at a ryokan and we were truly impressed. The staff were very kind and helpful, the room was lovely and comfortable, and we appreciated fresh yukatas and towels delivered to the room. The dinners were beautifully presented, tasty, and plentiful, and the staff handled my pregnancy dietary restrictions very well. The outdoor onsen we used was lovely and peaceful, especially the private family onsens. We were picked up from Himeji station upon arrival and dropped off again when we left, which made the whole experience easy and effortless. I would strongly recommend it! I would have liked an instruction sheet for foreigners on how to return the used yukatas and towels.
