“Good”
Breakfast was superb—fresh fruit, good coffee, and very friendly staff made it the best part of our stay. It would be nice to have someone at reception and instructions on how to turn the heating on to dry clothes.

The intimate and welcoming property is located in the center of Montepulciano and offers a position from which everything is within reach; the room is small but functional and the bed is incredibly comfortable. I loved the breakfast! From savory to sweet, between biscuits, pancakes, and slices of homemade cake it was a pleasure to choose!!! (and to eat, of course!!) Thank you for this pleasant and relaxing weekend! Nothing to add.

The staff made the stay the most enjoyable in a beautiful town. Parking was convenient once we were guided to it.

The location was excellent and parking was easy to find. The ladies who run the place are extremely nice and helpful; they made us feel welcome and we could check in early without any problems. The instructions and directions were clear. The spot is perfect for reaching the piazza and shopping. Job well done! The only downside was a small climb up the stairs to get to the location, so it’s best not to bring the whole suitcase—just take what you need in a smaller bag.
