I’ve been here twice, once for a birthday, and each time I’m left impressed by the serene, gorgeous grounds that capture why Jamaica is my favorite place. The upgraded bedroom and bathroom were a welcome change, and the restaurants were a real treat—though I didn’t always feel like the buffet was necessary. The staff were friendly throughout.

Breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide range of fresh, quality foods. The dinner buffet could have used more protein choices. The lazy river was exactly what we needed—fun and relaxing. Staff were very polite and responsive, though the front‑end refurbishment was a bit distracting.

The stay was excellent overall, with a good variety of options, but housekeeping slipped: they missed cleaning my room one day. I left at 8 o’clock, came back after 8 o’clock, and found it unclean. I had to walk to the front desk to report it because the room phone wasn’t working.
