Everything was flawless: the staff were very friendly and the place was pretty. Nothing to complain about.

The location between Gran Vía and Sol was excellent, but it felt a bit pricey.

We were transferred to a more central spot (Gran Via) that’s close to a lot of things. The room had a cigarette smell the first two nights even though we don’t smoke, the air‑conditioning ran slowly, and the hallway light wasn’t working. Other than that, the hotel’s location was perfect.

Close to the center, good cleanliness, excellent bathroom even though the hot water runs out after a while. The reservation process was poorly organized; our booking wasn’t ready.
