We had a wonderful stay. The location is a bit farther from Narni’s center, but the property offers a large parking lot right in front of the accommodation. The room was just right, clean, and welcoming. The kitchen is shared with the other room, but we didn’t use it. The owners were extremely helpful and gave us all the directions we asked for.

The place wasn’t heated on arrival, the promised kettle was missing, so we had to flip the breaker while boiling water; it was hard to restore power and the windows might not close properly.

The property was well maintained, clean, and welcoming. The owner was unavailable for an hour and a half (she said her phone had been broken the day before and she couldn’t see the booking) until Booking’s staff tried to call her (without success) and her phone miraculously worked again. After seeing our message, she told us that the room I’d paid for in advance had been occupied. After many apologies, she offered another room that still needed cleaning, so we had to wait at least another hour and a half. Finally, after a four‑hour delay and a day of inconvenience and itinerary disruptions, we managed to get into the room.

The room was spotless and Alberto was friendly – we only interacted with him via phone and WhatsApp, yet he provided help whenever we needed it. On the day of our arrival, he was away due to unavoidable personal commitments, and the next morning we left the property early. It’s close to Narni Scalo (Narni‑Amelia station), and from its square you can easily reach the beautiful town of Narni by bus in 10–15 minutes if you don’t have a car, making it a strategic spot for visiting other lovely nearby centers, including Orvieto. Note that the property is accessed by stairs, as highlighted in the “Services” section of the listing.
