The staff were exceptional: Daniel, Shanti, and Cristina at reception, Mabel in the kitchen was extremely friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, the hotel is very pretty, the beds are comfortable so you can sleep soundly without noise, everything is always very clean.

The facilities, cleanliness, and staff were very attentive, breakfast was good, the location was perfect, the bed should invest more in higher‑quality, softer mattresses, and the space where breakfast is served is small but not bad.

The location was good, but the bed was very hard, very bad.

The service was excellent, but the breakfast area was tiny.
