The lodge sits near Olivas de Gramado park, surrounded by nature—ideal for escaping the city bustle. Nothing was wrong; everything was perfect.

The bed linens smelled dirty, the blankets hadn’t been washed in years, and the pillows reeked of sweat. When we turned on the hot tub, a lot of black grime appeared that had never been cleaned, a real filth in person; the sheep-shaped door mats were black with dirt and smelled rotten.

The lodge is beautiful, very cozy, and exudes such a pleasant vibe that you want to stay there all day.

Local me agradou muito, excelente! Para aqueles quer buscam momentos de tranquilidade e paz, realmente o Hotel está muito bem localizado entre região de serras. Não houve muita atenção pelos atendentes, faltou orientação quanto ao uso de aparelhos do quarto e o chuveiro elétrico não funcionou adequadamente. Sugestão: Poderiam incluir o serviço de transfer entre a cidade e o Hotel; opções de almoço e jantar no Hotel, para os hospedes que não tem a intensão de ir a cidade para fazer as refeições ou fazer pedido de comida
