Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The location was great and there was a pool. A personal lubricant was smeared on the night table, there was a large bloody spot on the white comforter, our bathroom door didn’t close, and the pool floor was extremely slimy. When I reported it to the front desk staff, they said “I’m sorry to hear that but I’m just front office staff. I will let a manager know when they are here and they may or may not reach out if they feel it is necessary.” I never heard from anyone!

The scenery and quietness were great, and everything was excellent.

It was clean and the staff were friendly, but the swimming pool was closed because the ceiling broke and they didn’t have anyone scheduled to fix it soon, and none of the ice machine machines worked.

Location and price. Small rooms, not enough space for 5 people in a two queen bed room with no sofa for the 5th one

The room was fine, but the manager was a problem.
