There isn’t much to say about the positives, but there are a few nice small restaurants nearby. The problem was that the hotel took a hold on our card, never returned it, and claimed it was charged to another card ending in 1585, which doesn’t match ours, so we’re filing a fraud report.

The staff were wonderful, the place was clean, and I enjoyed my stay. The elevator needed a bit of fine tuning.

The location was great because it was close to our family, the staff were kind and helpful, and I loved the facilities, including a washer and dryer; the rooms were super, super comfortable. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Everything was fine! The hotel is a bit far from downtown Miami.
