“Amazing property great people”
The stay was fantastic, with staff always friendly and ready to help, and the manager on duty, going above and beyond to make everything enjoyable. Everything else was great, no complaints.

The place was clean, the staff service was solid, and the location convenient. Adding some Goan items to the breakfast would give it a more local feel.

The property sits in a perfect spot near Colva beach, surrounded by many eateries and shopping options, with plenty of parking available. Breakfast was really tasty with many options for both adults and babies. The baby chair was plastic instead of wood, which could be risky for a high child. The photo that showed a baby play area is no longer there, which was why I chose this place, so I was disappointed.

The location was good BUT NOT on beach as shown on adverts! Have to go out and walk around side street to get to beach! Hotel is very dated! Rooms are too old . In fact the entire hotel is too old and swimming is just dirty. Fun for kids but to older people or those looking for smarter accommodation - this is not the place . Both lunch and dinner were teribble in quality and taste - ended up eating out side. Breakfast was decent. I would not come back - there are far better hotels at lower costs. I come to Goa annually and stay for 1 month at a time experimenting with all types of hotels
