The location is good, the pool area is nice, and the restaurant and bar are solid. Breakfast was amazing. On the downside, soundproofing is weak – you can hear people walking in the corridors, their conversations, snoring, and bathroom noises. The scent around the check‑in desk and the toilets downstairs was awful.

The bar and pool areas were clean and the staff were all friendly except for one. I had to change rooms the first night because of the air‑conditioning, and maintenance had to come daily to fix the air‑con and TV, which kept stopping. The balcony light only stayed on until midnight, which was inconvenient. The lady with curly hair barged into my room the last night, went mad because she couldn’t get the TV working for us.

The room was clean, the view was magnificent, the breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly. Everything was in order. Thank you very much! No complaints.

Breakfast options were great I requested a room change as the bathroom had the previous occupants hair in the bath, this was resolved quickly. Continuous music from the pool bar from 10am till 7pm meant it was impossible to sit on our balcony as so loud. It could still be heard inside the room with the patio door closed
