The room is fine with air conditioning and the staff are friendly. The bathroom was dirty, all the food was fried, and breakfast only offered two eggs. We were the only two couples in the entire hotel, and the dining area was full of ants.

The staff were kind and available, the meals were good, the place was quiet, and you could rent a scooter. The dive center would pick us up from the hotel pier.

The bungalow on the water was beautiful, the staff were very friendly and helped with everything we needed.

The room was great and the spa was wonderful, but you could only visit once per stay. We arrived at noon after a 10:00 am flight, but couldn’t access our room until 2:00 pm because the front desk thought they were doing us a big favor instead of waiting until 3:00 pm, unless we paid half the day rate for two hours. If the room is ready, why not let us in? This isn’t about asking for new towels or sheets after two hours—this is ridiculous. The internet was also a pain.

The chef was really good, the air‑conditioning worked, and the staff were sweet. The place felt very worn out, the internet was terrible – they advertised “high‑speed internet” but it didn’t match. English wasn’t widely spoken.
