I encountered bed bugs.

The room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. I liked the large window and the overall height of the room. The QR‑code access system was a bit awkward because I had to scan the code from my phone screen several times while in the elevator. The waterproof mattress cover had a faint technical smell.

The hotel is within walking distance of Victoria Harbour, night markets, shopping, and many other attractions. The hot shower was nice and the place was generally clean. Service and staff were very friendly and helpful. The phone QR scanner for the lifts and room door was a bit hit‑and‑miss. The bed was very hard, and the mattress was covered in a thick plastic sheet that made it noisy and less comfortable. There were only two flat pillows for the queen‑size bed—one for each side—and no extras were provided.

The hotel staff were all kind and warm, making the place feel cozy, and the location made it easy to reach many attractions. However, the room lacked a table, which made eating take‑away food inconvenient, and the amenities were very minimal—only the bare essentials—so I’m not sure the price was justified.

The spot was super convenient, with Jordan Station and Tsim Sha Tsui Station both within easy reach, plus plenty of authentic tea houses, coffee shops, chain restaurants and supermarkets nearby; North Point egg waffles were delicious though a bit pricey. For morning joggers, a ten‑minute walk warms you up and gets you to the waterfront, the Tsim Sha Tsui Clock Tower, and along the Hung Hom promenade all the way to Whampoa—a very pleasant route. Staff helped promptly whenever we needed anything. We stayed a week in a deluxe room that felt spacious compared with many Hong Kong hotels, with a bedside lounge chair for relaxing in the evenings. The bathroom glass was untinted, so it’s best for couples; friends sharing the room might need to avoid using the bathroom or shower at the same time.
