I arrived at night. The only issue was that there were no water bottles in the room, and as a foreigner I didn’t know where to get water, so I bought some from CU; otherwise the other facilities were fine.

The place sits in a great spot, just a hop from the metro. The shower was tiny and the beds narrow. We booked a family room for five, but it felt more suited to four.

The spot was spot on, the online staff came through, and the laundry worked fine. But the luggage space was tight, the rooms cramped and cluttered, and moving around felt impossible. Cleanliness was decent, yet could use a boost. I was supposed to get the room code for the second night, opened the door, and people were already inside. I called support downstairs and got a new room—awkward.

The location was amazing and the rooms were surprisingly quiet. Each room had its own small fridge, which I liked. The lobby “kitchen” had barely any equipment, and there was no space for groups to sit or relax outside the rooms except a cramped rooftop terrace right next to other rooms.
