A great place to stay in Palermo – very clean and pleasant, the host is welcoming, and everything is close: the authentic city centre, many cafés and shops, a stop to Mondello beach, the train station, and buses to any point in Sicily.

“Beautiful stay, would defo recommend the place!”

This place is a rare find! It offers great value, a wonderful location next to a bus stop (including an airport shuttle), and a unique 18‑19th‑century vibe that blends artisan design with modern style. The host is nice and welcoming, helped us even though we arrived early, and the Italian‑style breakfast is included. It looks even nicer in person, is clean, fully equipped, and the room has air‑conditioning.

I appreciated the warm and courteous treatment from the staff, and the included breakfast made the stay more convenient. The nighttime quiet allowed me to sleep without any noise. I have no specific complaints; I don’t want to criticize at all. English isn’t spoken fluently, but we managed the essentials for our stay, using a translator between Spanish and Italian. I repeat this isn’t a complaint, but I did notice and appreciate their effort.

The apartment was splendid and unique, situated in an excellent spot for walking to the city center. The owner was very kind, discreet, yet always ready to offer great tips on points of interest and to accommodate our requests, such as late check‑in and luggage storage before departure. There was nothing to report.
