“Wonderful Stay”

The historical atmosphere was wonderful, and every staff member we met was extremely friendly and helpful. I didn’t dislike anything, but I would have appreciated a trash can in the room and another in the bathroom.

“Disappointed… lack of respect and safety, unorganized!”

Location and historical background. The first room, the tv didn’t work so we had to pack our things to move to another room at 830pm. Then the room card didn’t work, so we had to go back downstairs to get new ones. The next day the room card did not work again. Then late afternoon, without knocking a lady from the front desk walked into our room without any notice or reason; she excused herself and 10 seconds later was knocking on our door asking why we were in the room??? No guest were assigned to the room. The staff the night before neglected to inform anyone of us being moved to the new room. The hotel advertised toiletries which were tiny travel size shampoo and conditioner with little bars of soap. Extremely disappointed!!!!! There’s no ice available, you have to go back downstairs to the front desk, they give you ice and a bucket. Security was very relaxed, you can enter the back door without needing a room key. The door was always unlocked and no one was at the desk to oversee who comes or goes…

The breakfast was really good, and there was nothing I didn't like; it was a great stay.
