The staff at this hotel were absolute gems, especially Mr. Lokesh and his night shift assistant Vipin - they were super helpful, caring, and always had a smile on their faces. However, the room and washrooms could use a good cleaning and some maintenance, and it would be great if they could add a dressing mirror in the room. Overall, the friendly staff made up for the lack of cleanliness and amenities.
