The front desk was great and the location was good, yet the place feels a little run down and there were no towels at the pool area.

I couldn’t enjoy breakfast because it was already finished when I got there; the hours could be extended since many guests are on vacation. The price felt a bit high.

The location worked well for what we were doing in Lubbock. Having only one waffle maker at breakfast is insane for a hotel that size, and two friends who stayed there said their TVs were broken.
