The activities were good and the breakfast buffet was fine, but when I ordered room service I only received two bowls of fries, waited 45 minutes, called the front desk again, got transferred to the kitchen, was put on hold for about 5 more minutes, and before anyone answered, the room was served overly salted fries that were delivered at an odd temperature.

Close to airport setting was great, great staff, room was ideal. Entry door to Block 3 and carrying cases up a flight of stairs

“It was satisfactory and good value for money”

The breakfast was great and offered good value for a family, but we ended up paying a lot just to get to the hotel because we didn't know about the yellow bus, so the hotel should inform guests where to catch the yellow bus from the airport.

I liked how close the hotel was to the airport and how quiet the surroundings were, but the lack of an elevator made it hard for me, and I probably wouldn't book here again if they can't offer rooms on the ground floor.
