I found the hotel's location to be extremely convenient, with a large shopping mall right in front of it, making it easy to grab a meal or do some shopping. However, I was a bit disappointed to discover that my room, which was supposed to have a view, didn't have any windows.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with a lovely room that was spotless and tidy. The location was fantastic, right in front of a shopping mall and with easy access to public transportation. However, I encountered some issues with the service, particularly with room service, which took an unacceptably long time to arrive. Despite the mistakes, the staff were apologetic and kind, and I appreciate their efforts to make things right.

The hotel's location was excellent for us, with a mall just across the road and a nice café and restaurant on the property.
