The hotel is neat, the parking garage is spacious so you don't have to worry about fitting your car in; the location suits my purpose well. The staff, however, were almost uniformly rude and I never felt welcomed. I stayed at this hotel twice in one month, and only this time, upon leaving, I met a young, light‑haired woman at the front desk who had never met me before and was friendly. The hotel advertises its own restaurant and its menu even on TV, but in reality it is not available and the restaurant serves only breakfast. Every time I went for breakfast, I faced challenges. Both floors told me I had no breakfast. When the issue was clarified, the service remained rude, and no apology was offered.
