The location was unbeatable and the lake view from the bed felt like a dream. Though the place is small, it’s modern, well‑designed and functional, and the hosts were great—adjusting our dates without any hassle.

We stayed in a tiny but charming studio set among the vineyards, with a massive view of the lake and the vines. The little breakfast terrace overlooking the water was lovely, and the hosts supplied homemade jams, honey, coffee, oil and vinegar. The only snag was that on rainy mornings there was no indoor table for breakfast.
