Everything was great. The staff was super helpful and the whole complex was clean. I booked a suite in the car portion, which basically gives you a two‑car garage in a private area. The room was huge and had a private jacuzzi, walking shower, closed‑off toilet, lighting to set any mood, and a huge living area. It was a great place.

The room was dirty, the bed sheets weren’t changed and were stained and filthy with food stains.

We arrived late in the evening and were pleased to learn they have a restaurant that stayed open until midnight.

The room was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly, but we had no one to help us lift our luggage from the car into the room, and the return to Querétaro is very remote with terrible road construction.

The location isn’t great, and the Auto Hotel sign was scary.
