The staff were friendly and hospitable. I think they could have added more items to breakfast.
I appreciated the room service and the food at their restaurants, which specialize in non‑vegetarian dishes. However, they only provided two 500 ml water bottles for two people, and the rest were chargeable; no complimentary water was offered. One litre of water for two people is not justified.

The staff were friendly and the price was quite reasonable for Mumbai standards. The room was spacious, and toiletries and amenities such as tea and coffee sachets were available. The surroundings are not great – there’s nothing nearby to eat or explore, so I had to order medicine from Blinkit because the area feels chaotic. Breakfast is very basic but acceptable for the price, and the hotel offers room service which was fine.
