The team at the Chateau were brilliant—helpful, friendly, and accommodating. My wife adored her massage, and I enjoyed strolling the grounds with our dogs, even spotting wild deer roaming the property. We’ll definitely return.

The large, warm pool was open 24/7, and if you want a castle‑like feel at an affordable price, this is the place. In the castle garden, you could even see deer and stags at night. For the price‑to‑value ratio, we can’t complain; it’s just a good building where not everything is new, and sometimes it was a bit noisy. If you dislike a shared kitchen, you might want to look elsewhere; we found it fine and appreciated the fridge option.

The Château du Boulay Morin is an exceptional place. The rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable, and the owning family always makes us feel at ease and is very available. The lounges are intimate, and it’s very pleasant to sit there for a while at the start of the evening. The pool is always open and warm, which is a delight. The park is huge, and it’s easy to spot the deer and roe deer—a wonderful spectacle to watch at dusk. The three dogs on the estate are adorable and friendly. In short, an unforgettable stay in a historically soothing and fairy‑tale setting.
