The staff were super friendly and helpful, the hotel sits in a great spot, and it offers excellent value for anyone wanting to save money and stay comfortably in downtown Bariloche. I recommend it.

The hotel is in a great spot right in the heart of downtown Bariloche, and the parking made everything so much easier! The room lacked a power outlet, so we had to turn off the lamp; it’s a bit older and the shower temperature fluctuated between hot and cold.
The breakfast was disappointing.

The location was fantastic; I walked all over downtown Bariloche. I only used a transfer to get to Piedras Blancas and Cerro Catedral. Breakfast was simple, but it was enough.

The room is excellent, the hotel is very good, and the temperature is pleasant all year round. The bathroom is spacious, but the shower head drips onto the floor a bit, and one of the room lights was burnt out. The location is great. Only the night staff was somewhat rude; everything else was fine. The lack of courtesy from the night staff and the dripping shower were the only issues.
