“Excellent stay in Sarande for beach holiday”

The spot is perfect—quiet, plenty of restaurants, and several beaches within walking distance. If you head closer to Sarande centre it gets loud and crowded, and even in September Ksamil was busy, so this location really hit the sweet spot for facilities, beach access and a relaxed vibe. The room was clean, roomy, with good A/C and strong WiFi, and the balcony view was stunning. Just two minutes away is the property owners’ coffee place where the coffee and breakfast are very decent. What really stood out was the owners’ hospitality: when my partner fell ill she was incredibly helpful, offering advice, medical supplies, and plenty of items from the coffee shop to brew tea in the room. She genuinely cared and helped us a lot.

“Bello ma...”

The hotel’s location and value for money were good, but the cleaning was lacking— the cleaning lady came only once in six days. Also the nosy neighbor kept insisting that every parking spot was unsuitable, so I had to park far from the hotel.

Very clean. There is a slight slope in front of the door, which is not luggage‑friendly.

The room was comfortable, very clean, with modern and well‑designed furnishings. The hotel has parking, which is essential in a city with heavy tourist traffic and limited parking space. The owner was very helpful and friendly! Everything was flawless.
