The location is good. Parking is a bit far, but the check‑in process is quick. I had to wait for staff to finish with previous guests (they were still handling room 19) and it took about 45 minutes before they finally let me in. I had to repeat the process two or three times while my baby was crying in the car. The receptionist was learning how to communicate, telling me to wait another 30 minutes or that they would call me. After all 19 rooms were settled, the staff just handed me my key without asking any questions, while other new customers were already at the counter. It was a tiring experience coming from far away.
