The gym, sauna, and steamroom were great, but the air conditioners were noisy.
“Would not stay again. Love Portland location.”
The staff were helpful and the room was comfortable, but we expected a lot more for a $500 room, including a much better view and not a parking garage.

The Smart TV in the Hilton wasn’t very smart; we couldn’t use Amazon Prime. The access to Netflix, HBO, Disney, etc. was great, but the lack of Amazon Prime was confusing.
“We appreciated the great location, but were incredibly disappointed to have no natural light.”
The spot is great—public transport is a breeze and every tourist spot is within reach. The room itself is spacious and nicely equipped. However, it received no natural light because the windows sit about 10 feet from the multi‑level parking garage next door. We requested a room change multiple times but were refused. If you can’t secure a city view, I’d skip this place.
