“Gran hotel, no te lo puedes perder”

Everything was fantastic: the room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, letting us rest wonderfully. The next day we had a tour, so we’d miss the breakfast we’d already paid for, yet the staff kindly offered to pack it for us to take along, and they also lent us a charger with the correct plug. Their creative solutions made our stay even better. The hotel’s proximity to the night market and walkable streets is a big plus. I just wish I could have stayed longer!

The place was clean and the staff were really nice. The design didn’t suit our taste, and anyone who loves that style would be disappointed.

“Superb!”

This hotel is excellent. The room was spacious, cool, and well finished, with a great bathtub. I loved the pool area surrounded by Crape Jasmine trees. I felt comfortable and the staff seemed genuinely engaged and ready to help. The overall design is solid and sophisticated. The only downside is a large construction site next door that makes some noise; the property can’t control it, and the construction started reasonably late.

The location was very convenient, breakfast was tasty, and the staff were friendly; whenever I made a request they helped right away. The air‑conditioner vent was blowing directly onto the bed.

We only have good things to say about this hotel; without a doubt, it was the best hotel we stayed in during our entire holiday in Thailand (I should mention that we stayed in a total of 9 hotels). From the night we arrived, they arranged a driver for us (who, by the way, was also the friendliest driver of our trip) to take us to Wat Luang Khun Win, just a few hours later the next day. Every day we left early in the morning because our trips were far away, and they prepared a breakfast box for us each day. Everytime we arrived, they welcomed us with a smile and asked how our day had been, if they could help us with anything, and we also had very interesting conversations with Kham, a young receptionist at the hotel with whom we laughed a lot (we hope to see you sometime if you ever come back to London, Kham :D ). Lastly, the room is clearly a key factor when evaluating a hotel, and we want to say that it was spacious, the bathroom and shower were good, and everything was very clean. It's one of the few hotels we stayed in where the shower water was actually hot, not lukewarm. The rest of the facilities were well-maintained and clean, and there was a lovely pool area, which unfortunately we couldn't enjoy since we were out on excursions until late every day. Without a doubt, if we ever return to Thailand, we will stay here again and spend more time there, and we will recommend it to all our family and friends who plan to visit this beautiful country
