The rooms and lobby were spotless, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
“Everyone was so nice and friendly plus the cleaning staff made welcome signs for the basketball teams staying there”
I had a wonderful stay, with friendly staff and a clean room that exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home.
I was impressed by the hotel's staff and the room's comfort, although I did find the pillows to be a bit flat. Our king suite was large and cozy, making for a pleasant stay. However, I struggled to get the air conditioning to work, and I was surprised to find no EV charger available, which would have been a nice touch.
“The stay and staff were awesome!”
Everything was clean and very comfortable. No issues.
“I highly recommend the bed was very comfortable and clean ,nice size, some of the staffs was very friendly”
My room was spacious and tidy, with a comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. However, I did encounter a couple of issues - the shower water was lukewarm, while the sink water was scalding hot. To add to my disappointment, I was given a queen-sized bed instead of the king-sized one I had booked.
