The view was great, the room was spotless, service was good, and everyone was very friendly.

The spot is great, but the fruit stalls had tiny insects flying around.

Only the location and activity. 1. The room was so so hot the maintenance cannot do anything to improve the aircon. The pillow was so big enough and cannot give comfort to the person using the bed. We almost not slept because of the pillow which we are not comfortable with. 2. Bathroom - the water has a very weak water pressure, no available soap and shampoo the time we arrive in the room. 3. Gym - when we enter the room the smell is so so bad it smells like a rotten rat

Everything was perfect: the breakfast was amazing, the pool was great, my kids loved it, the view was beautiful, the staff were fantastic, and it’s within walking distance of Hundred Island for tours. We could also order food to the room, which my family adored. No complaints—thanks for a comfortable stay.
