Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The facility cancelled our reservation on the arrival day; we were informed at the airport and had to find another place, which was a terrible experience.

The studio had a nice southwestern vibe inside and out, came with a kitchen, and the spot was convenient, but the mattress was too soft for my taste; I had to prop a pillow against my back to avoid sinking.

Did not stay at World Marc/Booking cancelled us. Very few rooms in Santa Fe We stayed at La Fonda which we found on our own and was Wonderful. I Rate it a 10. Did not book it . Will never again use . NEVER. cancelled my reservation at 3:00 AM the morning of my arrival. I was unaware of cancellation until I stepped off of the plane and checked my phone. My flight was at 5:00 AM. It was a very busy time in Santa Fe with hotels booked months in advance. Customers who book rooms are penalized with paying for the full stay for cancelling at this late hour. How is it right for a business to cancel on a paid room without penalty? Lousy Corporation that doesn't care about customers. Sold my room at Work Marc for more money so that they could make more money due to busy time of year. Forget about using

An additional $90 was added to our bill for a 3‑night stay, apparently as some city tax or other fee.

The location was great, within walking distance of the historic center, but the internet required a daily extra payment.
